$0.50 Chocolate Clearance!!

Stopped by LD today! Picked up some wonderful chocolate clearance! YUMMM!!

YAYY!!

Hit up WM afterwards, but didn't see any good deals...and then went to SDM..but their chocolate was still super expensive! So I ended up going to help out and learn how to make laser stickers! Was fun, but was cold!

At night, went downtown to a restaurant called Sanafir. Was for a friends birthday... it was mainly all tapas really..$35 for a 7 course tasters menu..wasn't worth it at all! The portions were really small..and it was the most uncomfortable place! All the girls were in dresses for formal setting..but we had to sit on the floor! It was super uncomfortable! The food was decent, and the atmosphere was alright, although there was this guy from the other party that kept on coming into our room as he thought we were in the same party..it wasnt probably until 30 mins later that someone FINALLY told him that we were a different party.. he finally left us alone!! Dinner was alright..I caught up with high school friends I havent seen in about 3-4 years! Was happy I had the chance to! I'm pretty jealous that they are doing good and will have a bright future! If only I was as good LOL!!

After dinner, we went to Granville Island for a stroll. Bf wanted to take pictures of the night scene...but it was soooo cold because we were in our formal clothes! We walked pretty far and finally took pics near the doc! And when I peered into the market place (it was closed) there was mice all over!! Climbing up and down, running to different corners...that totally changed my perspective..I will think twice before staying there and eat food again lol!

No good deals lately!

There hasn't been much deals lately, which makes me sad!! I want to go shopping!! Although I was looking at my credit card bill and should REALLY cut on my spendings! Life's been kind of a drag lately. I really hope things pick up! On the bright side, I FINALLY got into all my courses! YAY!!:) Now I can fully start school...not that I want to! I really hope I finish soon..but at this rate..I highly doubt it! ;)

So I signed up for BzzAgent (www.bzzagent.com) a while ago, and I got my second BzzCampaign! This time, I'm supposed to test out Danone DanActive! I'm pretty excited..just waiting for it in the mail!

SmartCanucks (www.smartcanucks.ca)owner, 'BooRadley', got me addicted in this game called Team Fortress 2. It is soooooo addicting! The graphics are really cute, which reminds me of cartoons from Pixar! And not being too interested in these type of computer games, I found it super fun!! It really keeps you in the game! And there are many different types of characters you can choose to play, different maps, and of course, you get to play with different people online! I find it super fun..and highly recommend anyone to play it!

HAPPY NEW YEARS!

WOW! It's 2010!! I haven't updated this blog for ages...mainly because of school!! Everything has been so hectic lately! Not sure what to do first! Need to get back on my feet! Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years! School isn't as busy as last semester (I REALLY HOPE) so I will be updating my shopping blogs! I haven't been shopping as much!

The Olympics are just around the corner...I'M GOING!!! I forgot which events..but they aren't very exciting ones lol!! I'm just going for the crowd!

Shopping Deals:
Haven't been shopping much with coupons lately! But got some decent bargains on clothing/shoes! Bought 2 pairs of shoes from Stoneridge last week. Blowfish! One of my recent favourites..soooo comfortable! One pair of flats, and one pair of heels! The flats were only $17.xx..original price is $60!! And the heals were around $30.xx..original price $80.xx!! Then hit up Aldo...picked up ANOTHER pair of flats! (still on order!) I just hope it fits! They don't carry half sizes!:(
I have no time to go downtown..but i've been wanting these pair of skinny jeans from Hollister for a while..they are $29.xx! So a few coworkers and I put an order online..got a few t-shirts (7.xx)..also wanted to get another pair of regular jeans..but was sold out!! soo..that's about all my 'clothing' spendings lately! Still on a hunt for some black pants for work...need to hit up RW&Co..but no time!!

On the other hand...I was thirsty and was craving a drink..stopped by 7-11 (yes i know..so pricey!! LOL) and they had a promo..buy 2x 591ml cokes and get a go canada flag! so of course i had to buy 2!! and.....THE FLAG WAS SPONSORED BY PEPSI!! lol!! how funny is that?? tho i'd admit..i'd rather drink pepsi over coke! (but coke gives you icoke pins!!) so ya..that's my story of the day lol!

I'm soooo not looking forward to school! I need to go on a vacation..DESPERATELY!

okkk! I haven't posted in AGES! mainly because August was a horrible month for me! So was September 1..but thats a different story hehehe.

I didn't snag up too many sales in Aug! The only good one worth mentioning was probably the 28 packages of Kleenex I got at LD..from price matching Rexall and getting them all free! (execpt for those darn taxes)

But yesterday was a better day!

Of course, hit up LD again!

Coupon Queen!

I dropped by WalMart today to use up my $1 Majesta coupons, and also had to get my passport photo done! What a rip off!! Passport photos for $16.xx!! OMG!! So expensive!! Well anyways, had to get it done!

Walked around in WM, didn't find much on clearance except for $4 Infusium. Im waiting for them to be $3 LOL! That way I can get it for freee! Had to grab some chilli and tortilla chips and headed for checkout! Went to my favourite cashier (thank god she doesn't work at the express lanes where it is impossible to choose cashiers!) and she was wonderful as always! First thing she asked was what I had for her today!! LOL so I handed her my Majestas and she starts scanning the tp in and commented on what a great deal! She asked if it was from save.ca and said she didn't see it when she ordered hers! Then the lady behind me asked for the link and the cashier told her that she would write it down for her, as well asl gocoupons etc! She's so nice! We started chatting and the lady behind said she likes to use coupons too...but I didnt see her use ANY coupons! LOL! The cashier was like, I use coupons too, but she's the real Coupon Queen!! hahaha she's so funny..I started scrambling through my purse to see if I had any coupons that she could use..but outta luck! didnt bring my full set of coupons! But i'm back there tomorrow and hopefully she'll be there so I can give her an envie filled with coupons so she can use them!

EVEN HOTTER!!!

I couldn't stand it anymore!Today was even hotter than yesterday!! Went to school early in the morning to absorb some AC that i'm paying for in my tuition! LOL..and because I had class!

Got my midterm and portfolio back!! I passed midterm and got an A- on my portfolio!! WOOHOO!!! now I can go shopping tomorrow in peace!!!

Need to organize my coupons a bit..but I think i need to head out to Zellers to find some of those Glade Mail In Rebates!!! I hope I find some! Been to a few Zellers now and NO LUCK!!I want JUMBO FREEZIES!! Not the Crush ones..but the Mr.Freezies Jumbo version!! Everywhere I go it's the small sizes! Makeupartist told me she got them at Z..so hopefully I'm lucky!
Then I'm off to WM to get more $1 Majesta, see if they have any $2/2 straws, and trial sized colgates! Also need to see if they have anymore ziplock zip'n steam bags! Also want to check out to see if they have any Burt's Bee's kits that everybody is finding for $4! They make great gifts! Hopefully I can stay long enough to check out the whole store!I always seem to miss out on deals!!

And because LD is right next to WM...I might just go in to see if I have any stackables I can use to get some stuff for freeeeee!!
